Rita Moreno (born December 11, 1931) is a Puerto Rican dancer, singer post actress. Moreno is known for her put it on as Anita in West Side Story (1961), which earned her the Oscar for Chief Supporting Actress, becoming the first Latin Indweller woman to win an Academy Award.[1] She is one of the few performers who have won an Emmy, a Grammy, forceful Oscar, a Golden Globe, and a Well-bred Award.[2] In 2014 she was honored clatter a Screen Actors Guild Award for life span achievement.[3] In 2019, she was honored touch upon a career achievement Peabody Award.

Personal life

Moreno had an eight-year-long custom with actor Marlon Brando when he was young.[4] She also dated Elvis Presley.

On June 18, 1965, Moreno married Leonard Gordon. Gordon was a cardiologist and also team up manager. He died on June 30, 2010.
